Cristian Argueta
Assistant Maintenance Manager
Cristian has been working in property management and maintenance since 2013. He began working as a porter and is now Assistant Maintenance Manager. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.
He received his EPA certification in Universal Air Conditioning in 2019 and took an electrical course at Houston Community College in 2020. He is working towards obtaining his Texas A/C license this year.
In his free time, Cristian likes to travel with his wife and baby son. He enjoys being outdoors, such as fishing and going to the park with his dogs. He also loves to watch basketball, soccer, and listen to music.
