Skye Sancerni

Skye serves as the Human Resources Coordinator for Disrupt Equity and Disrupt Management. In this role, she plays a crucial part in employee onboarding and HR operations, with a strong commitment to cultivating a safe and inclusive environment for the entire team. Her meticulous attention to detail, ensures streamlined HR processes, accurate employee records and seamless day-to-day operations. Moreover, Skye’s dedication to fostering open communication and collaboration greatly contributes to the development of a positive and thriving workplace culture.

She is currently enrolled at The University of Houston studying Human Resource Development. Outside of work, Skye enjoys reading, writing, trying new restaurants and traveling.
